Participants under the age of 18 must be represented by a parent, guardian, or authorised support person.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach our terms or harm the safety and trust of our community.

NDIS providers using AbleFinder must:

  • Maintain an active ABN and relevant qualifications or verifications.

  • Respond to participant requests in a timely, respectful manner.

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

We may remove or suspend providers who receive repeated complaints or violate community trust.

We take trust seriously. Reviews, ratings, and badges help build a transparent and reliable environment. However, AbleFinder does not guarantee the outcome of any connection or service. Users are encouraged to:

  • Do their own due diligence.

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully.

  • Report any misuse or safety concerns to our team.
