1. General Policy
AbleFinder does not currently process payments directly between participants and providers through the platform. Any service agreements, payments, or cancellations are managed independently between the parties involved. We encourage open communication and respectful resolution between users if a disagreement arises.
If you have concerns about a provider or experience arranged through AbleFinder, please reach out to us at info@ablefinder.net.au so we can offer support and guidance.
2. Refunds for Platform Services (When Applicable)
For all AbleFinder subscriptions the following will apply:

Change of Mind: Refunds will generally not be provided for change of mind or unused services.

Technical Issues: If a technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing a paid feature, we’ll investigate and offer a refund or credit where appropriate.

Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge for review.
All refund requests will be considered in good faith and handled with fairness and understanding.
