How it works.

Create a request for support
Participants (or their carers/support coordinators) start by posting a request – whether it’s for a support worker, therapist, group activity, or specialised service. The post includes location, preferred days/times, and any specific needs.
Matching Begins Automatically 
Our platform uses AI smart matching to connect that request with trusted providers who meet the criteria – based on services offered, location, availability, and reviews.
Verified Providers Respond
Only verified providers with trust badges, endorsements, and ratings can respond. This helps participants feel safe and ensures identity protection and peace of mind.
Secure, Real-Time Chat
​Once a provider is found, participants and providers can chat directly in the platform, ask questions, clarify details, and decide if it’s the right fit — all in a safe, monitored environment. Participant details will only be shared once they formally engage with a provider.
Connection Made, Support Delivered
When the participant feels confident, they agree to move forward. Participants can leave reviews, and over time, providers build a visible reputation based on trust and great service.
Subscription based, Competitive Pricing
Providers pay a very affordable monthly or annual fee. No extra commission fees applied.

Our Story

AbleFinder was born from the heart of the NDIS community.​ After organising over 200 NDIS networking events across Australia with Able Plus Pty Ltd, we witnessed something powerful: when people come together, something shifts. Connections are made. Stories are shared. Trust begins to grow. But we also saw something missing. For many participants, the support they needed went beyond the buzz of an event. They needed continuity. They needed to feel safe reaching out. They needed more than a once-in-a-while chance to be heard — they needed everyday connection.​ AbleFinder was created to meet that need — to become the finder between participants, support coordinators, and providers, no matter the time or place. It’s not just a directory. It’s a living, breathing network where conversations begin with participant needs and trust grows through transparency, kindness, and real connection.
